As I stated in my introduction, in addition to my resolution of reaching 200 beers at Flying Saucer, I will discuss other beer topics. However, since much of this blog will consist of my tastings at the Saucer. Therefore, I will discuss a hodgepodge of rules that I say must be lived by – either as a patron of Flying Saucer, or as a Reader of this site. These rules are likely to be expanded on as time goes by.
Rule 1: The maximum number of beers you can taste at FS and receive credit for on any day, is three.
Rule 2: I finish the beer, even if I do not like it.
Rule 3: As a result of rules 1 and 2, if I drink three beers in one day, I cannot be responsible for any lower quality blogging as I approach the third beer.
Rule 4: When you choose your beer at the Saucer, you do not choose it on the computer where you log in your account and record your beers. It is inconsiderate to other individuals who wish to use the computer. You print your list of beers tasted (or not tasted) return to your seat, and then order from the menu.
